        !            10:     - It appears as though getprotobynumber() is broken in some linux
        !            11:       distributions.  The /etc/protocols file should be of the format:
        !            12:       protocol name protocol number proctocol symbolic constant comment
        !            13:       Most of the file (in my redhat 7.1) distro complies with this format
        !            14:       until you get to the end of the file:
        !            15:       #       134-254                 # Unassigned  
        !            16:       #       255                     # Reserved
        !            17:       This will cause getprotobynumber() and presumably getprotobyname() to
        !            18:       segfault.  If you get this behavior in your program and you're calling
        !            19:       __libnet_file_dump(), this could be the reason.  Caveat Emptor.
