  <H2><A NAME="55"></A>6.3. Sets</H2>
<p>A set is a collection of pending timer and/or match events. When
any one event occurs, or upon execution of the appropriate <code>cancel</code>
command, all events in the set are cancelled.</p>
<p>Multiple sets may be active at any time. The occurrence of an event
from one set has no effect on events in other sets.</p>
