                      3: method as proposed by EAP server <b>moon</b> whereas <b>dave</b> requests an <i>EAP-TLS</i>
                      4: certificate-based client authentication by sending this proposal in an <i>EAP-NAK</i> message
                      5: back to the EAP server.
