1.1     ! misho       1: Two transport connections to gateway <b>moon</b> are set up, one from client
        !             2: <b>carol</b> and the other from client <b>dave</b>. The gateway <b>moon</b> uses
        !             3: the Trusted Key Manager (TKM) and is the responder for both connections. The
        !             4: authentication is based on X.509 certificates, where <b>carol</b> uses a
        !             5: certificate issued by a multi-level CA. In order to test the connections,
        !             6: both <b>carol</b> and <b>dave</b> ping gateway <b>moon</b>.
